Corn Dogs Fried

Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 t. salt
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal
  • 4 T. sugar
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • wooden skewers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients then add eggs and milk.
Mix till lump free.
Skewer the dogs and dip in batter to coat. Deep fry in 350 oil. Remove after golden brown, about 5 minutes.
