- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts/ Other nuts
- 1/2 cup Raisins/ Dates/ Date paste or other healthy sweetener
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Oats or quinoa
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

blend. makes two smoothies. if you don't like lavender, sub some other berry.
