Pig Cake

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 - 14 ounce can mandarin oranges
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 - 4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 - 20 ounce crush pineapple
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 ounces whipped topping

Step 1
Drain mandarin oranges, reserving 1/2 cup juice. Put juice aside for topping. Mix cake, butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix well for 4 minutes. Add mandarin oranges and mix again. Pour batter into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Mix juice from mandarins with pudding. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Frost cake.
