Basic Chocolate Frosting

- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a bowl.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar mixture together.
3. Slowly add the heavy cream
4. Add the vanilla extract
5. Refrigerate after use
Variations:
Mint Chocolate Frosting - Add 1 tsp of peppermint extract to the frosting.
Mocha Frosting - Add 1 tsp of espresso powder to the frosting recipe.
