Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkt taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Brown meat and stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Cook on low for 5 minutes. In separate bowl, mix the corn muffin mix according to package. Place meat in bottom of 8x8 pan (must use this size). Cover with cheese. Take corn muffin mix and pour on top of the cheese. Cook for 20 minutes.
