- Topping:
- 2 c flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 c cold milk
- 1/3 c margarine
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon

Step 1
Blend dry ingredients. Cut in butter unti crumbly. Pour milk into well.
Mix well. Knead lightly and roll into 12" X 8"rectangle.
Spread topping mixture evenly over dough.
Roll like jelly roll; sealing seams
Bake 425F X 15-20 mins.
