Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- 1/4 c. chopped red onion (opt)
- 4 oz feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and rinse black beans and corn. Place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
