Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
- 1-3/4 tsp Instant Yeast
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Warm Water
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

In a medium bowl, add the flour, salt and yeast.
In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and water. Add to the flour mixture and stir together. Continue adding water, 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough just comes together, about 3-4 tablespoons.
Place it on a lightly floured surface and gently knead for about 1 minute.
Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Deflate the dough and knead a few times on your lightly floured surface. Place it on a lightly oiled baking pan. Shape your dough into desired shape. Make indentations on the dough with the handle of a spoon. Brush the dough with more olive oil and sprinkle with salt and herbs if desired.
Bake at 475 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes. For moist and fluffy, bake it about 10 minutes. If you like it crunchier and darker, bake for about 20 minutes.
