Lemon, Orange or Spice Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Box of DUNCAN HINES Lemon, Orange or Spice cake mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/3 cup Canola oil
• 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Orange or Vanilla flavoring
• Confectioner's Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer till throughly blended
Scoop about 1 inch balls with melon scooper and place on lightly greased cookie sheet
Bake 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
Cool on wire rack, then sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
