In the early 90's, I was a manager for Paradise Bakery. The baked goods were awesome, especially the cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temp
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1. Place the butter, white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl and cream together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix after each. Add the vanilla.

2. Add the dry ingredients and mix until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 10-12 minutes
