Shake and Bake Mix

Takes a few minutes to make but is a great shake n' bake mix.

Store in airtight container

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/2 cup cracker crumbs or corn meal.
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp tyme

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and store in an airtight container.

To use:
Dip meat in milk or water and shake in mixture.
