- 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together in a bowl all the ingredients except
for the optional whipped cream or ice cream.
Carefully pour into your crock pot that has
been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until a
thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
