Ingredients
- 1 pound small shell pasta.
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup finely diced green pepper
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard / creole mustard
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain pasta. Mix pasta and vegetables in large bowl. In small bowl, mix all other ingredients. Add dressing to noodles and vegetables. Chill and serve.
