Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
• 1 Cup Butter Crisco
• 2 Eggs
• 1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
• 3 Cups Flour
• 3/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
• 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
• 1/2 Tsp. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs, syrup and vanilla. Mix until fluffy. Add dry ingredients until blended. Fill cookie press. Press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar or other garnish. Bake at 375 F for 5 - 7 minutes or until bottom of cookie is golden. Cool 2 minutes on pan. Move to foil to continue cooling.
