Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 c. red wine
- 1 lg box (9 noodles) no cook lasagna noodles
- 2 lg jars Prego original
- 2 lg bags shredded mozzarella
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 yellow squash (sliced)
- 1 c. carrots (grated)
- 1 egg
- 1 lg container cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c shredded Parm
- 1 Tbl dried parsley
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef in garlic & wine
2. Reserve 1/2 c. Prego. Combine remaining Prego & meat. Heat through.
3. Combine egg, cottage cheese, Parm, parsley & pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
4. Place reserved Prego on bottom of a large pan (bigger than 9x13)
5. Place layer of lasagna noodles followed by meat sauce, then cottage cheese layer, then veggie layer, then mozz.
6. Repeat #5 with last layer being noodles & meats sauce.
7. Bake 350 for 75 minutes covered.
8. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes and sprinkle Parm on top.
