Ingredients

  • 4 1/4 Cups sugar
  • 1-14 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 3 small packages chocolate chips
  • 1-7 oz jar marshmellow creme
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 lb pecans

Step 1

Put marshmellow creme and chocolate chips in a large bowl.

Combine sugar, pinch of salt, milk and butter in a sauce pan and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Boild for 7 minutes stirring constantly. Pour over marshmellow creme & chocolate chips. Stir until all chocolate chips are melted. Continue stirring until it begins to cool. Add pecans as desired. Continue to stir until it is hard enough to stand in peaks when dropped on wax paper.
