Pickled Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 package kale, ribs removed, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Saute kale in oil for a few minutes until wilted, add liquids and simmer a few more minutes.
