Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb (681g) cooked chicken meat, diced
- 1/2 small (35g) red onion, diced
- 1/2 cp (50.5g) celery, diced
- 1/4 cup (36.25g) raisins, chopped
- 2 tsp (4g) curry powder
- 1 cup (109.63g) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (36.25g) slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tsp (10g) lemon juice
- 1/2 bunch (50g) cilantro, washed, large stems removed, and chopped
- salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
