Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbs butter
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Wash brussel sprouts and remove discolored leaves. Place sprouts in a large saucepan, add water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer.
Melt butter in a small saucepan until lightly brown. Add walnuts and cook until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
Pace brussels sprouts in a serving bowl and pour walnut butter over top. Serve.
