Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chicken (from rotisserie chicken is easiest)
- 1 - 2 chopped jalapenos
- 1 chopped onion
- 15 oz mex style tomatoes
- 4 - 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt & pepper
- 6 corn tortillas, sauteed lightly
- 3 Tbs flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Cut up chicken. In lg pot, saute onions, jalapeno, & garlic. Add remaining ingredients, (except flour, chicken & tortillas) & simmer. Add flour, chicken & tortillas (cut into strips). Serve with cheese, sour cream & sliced avocados.
