Gluten-free Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white rice flour
  • 1/4 cup millet flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 1/2 TBSP melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 TBSP sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Combine all the ingredients in one large bowl, starting with the dry ingredients. Use about 2-3 TBSP of dough to make each biscuit. Bake at 375 for 10-11 minutes, until the biscuits are slightly golden.
