Ingredients

  • Wegmans Basting Oil or Olive Oil, vegetables to be roasted, herbs or seasonings, salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Trim and season vegetables with salt and pepper. Drizzle with basting oil.
2 Cook Roast on center rack till veggies are caramelized and crisp.
Check for doneness by piercing with a knife. When the tip goes in easily, they're done!

If you're fixing them in the oven with other items, veggies can be roasted at a lower temperature for longer time.
