- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pecan halves

Step 1
Beat eggs for 1 minute in a medium bowl. Add corn syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Beat well. Stir in pecan halves. Spoon into piecrust. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes at 350 F or until pie is just set. Careful not to overbake!
