Sue's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 4 C chopped chicken (6-7 breasts)
- 4 C sliced celery
- 1 C blanched slivered almonds
- 2 C potato chips
- 2 C velveta cheese
- 3/4-1 quart (32oz) Hellman's Mayo
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 T onion grated or some onion salt
- 4 tsp lemon juice

Step 1
Mix together and top with velveta cheese (cubed) and potato chips in ungreased 3 quart casserole dish.
Bake for 20 min at 400 degrees
(boil breasts for 1-2 hours)
