
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef flank steak
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Kraft Orange Mandarin Sesame Dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp. lite soya sauce
- 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 5 cups cooked brown rice

Step 1
Place steak in crock pot. Top with onions.
Mix beef broth, orange juice, salad dressing, brown sugar, ginger, and soya sauce. Pour over onions.
Cook on low, 6 to 7 hours.
Remove steak and cut against the grain into thin slices. Return to crock pot.
Add spinach, bean sprouts and green onion. Mix lightly.
Serve over rice.
