Ingredients
- 1 ripe, but firm mango, peeled and finely diced
- 1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 1 cup black beans, cooked
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 3 limes, juice of
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/4 to 1/2 chopped habanero pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Seed and chop habanero pepper. Combine with all other ingredients in a bowl.
