Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 Tables. flour
- 1 Tables. sugar
- 1 teas. salt
- 1/2 teas. celery seed
- 1/4 teas. black pepper
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups cooked potatoes, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp, add onions and cook until tender. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper, vinegar and water until smooth. Add to bacon and onion, simmering stirring until thickened. Add potatoes. Mix gently; heat through.
