• 1 slice pepper jack cheese
• 2 tablespoons onion-chive cream cheese
• 2 slices tomato
• 2 slices buttermilk bread
• Nonstick cooking spray as needed

Step 1

Spread cream cheese on one side of bread. Grease skillet with cooking spray; heat to medium. Place a slice of bread onto skillet, cream cheese-side up. Top with cheeses and tomato. Cover with second piece of bread. Flipping occasionally, grill until golden brown, about 2 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
