Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce Japanese bread crumbs
- 2 ounces croutons crushed
- 1/4 ounce Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 ounce Parmesan shaved
- Egg wash as needed
- Flour as needed
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine crouton dust, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheeses. Dredge chicken breasts in flour and egg wash. Lay the chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, then pat lightly so the breadcrumb mixture adheres to the chicken breast. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cooked through.
