- Shredded cheese
- Eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Spray each muffin well with nonstick spray. Put the meat in the bottom of each muffin well. Layer vegetables on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with one egg. Season salt & pepper. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until the yolks are as firm as you desire & the whites are cooked through.
