Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 3/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon agave or maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Garnish with fresh fruits and nuts

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, stirring well to combine. Allow pudding to sit for 5 minutes and stir again. Cover. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
The pudding will be ready when the chia seeds have plumped up.
