Ingredients
- Honey mustard sauce:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1 cup of oil
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into half by 2 inch strips
Mix flour salt-and-pepper in bowl dip chicken in milk and role in flour mixture pour 1/4 inch oil into skillet heat over medium-high fried chicken three minutes on each side drain on paper towel
Mix honey and Dijon mustard for sauce
