
Ingredients
- Stir daily for 10 days. On 10th day add:
- 1 1/2 C starter
- 2 1/2 C sugar
- 1 quart sliced peaches in juice
- 2 1/2 C sugar
- #303 can pineapple chunks with juice
- Stir daily for 10 days. On 20th day add:
- 2 1/2 C sugar
- 2 9 oz jars marashino cherries
- Stir daily for 10 days. On 30th day You are ready to bake cakes. Each cake needs:
- 1 1/2 C fruit (without juice)
- 1 box cake mix (white or yellow)
- 2/3 C oil
- 1 C nuts (if desired)
- 4 eggs
- 1 small instant vanilla pudding

Combine all the final ingredients, mix and bake in greased and floured tube or large bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done
Note it is best to use glass container for brandying fruit.
