Ingredients
- 1 Quart
- 6 medium oranges (2 1/2 cups of juice), juiced
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the orange juice and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly. Add the ginger and continue to cook for 7 minutes.
Pour the sauce over grilled rib-eye steaks or roasted pork tenderloin.
