These are SOOO good! Mixing the buffalo sauce into the ground meat and then cooking it takes a lot of the heat away (so they're more kid friendly) and leaves amazing flavor! Ps. The patties are only 4 WW Points each!

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 carrot, minced
  • 6 crowns of broccoli, minced
  • Garlic Salt and Pepper
  • 1.25 lbs. ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce (like Franks)
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 5 reduced fat hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, sliced tomato and onion for toppings

Step 1

1. Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium.
2. Add the onion, carrot, and broccoli and cook until tender
3. Mix the cooked veggies and remaining ingredients together.
4. Dived into 5 patties.
5. Heat skillet or grill pan over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Cook patties on each side for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Place patty on bun, top with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Add a little more buffalo sauce if you want it spicy. Enjoy!
