Ingredients
- 19 oz. can of chickpeas – drained
- 1/2 small red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 jalapeño with seeds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of these ingredients in a food processor and give a few good chops.
Serve with your favorite chips or veggies.
