Bourbon Balls

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. butter or-margarine
- 1 lb. box 10x powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. whiskey (if more is desired, thicken whiskey with cornstarch)
- 2 tbsp. Hershey’s chocolate (optional)
- 4 sq. unsweetened choc
- 1 inch square of paraffin
- 2 tbsp. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix with a big spoon. Roll into 3/4 inch balls constantly dipping hands into powdered sugar. Store balls 24-48 hours in cool place.
To coat, melt unsweetened chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate mixture with a toothpick and place on wax paper. Allow to cool in refrigerator several hours before serving.
