- 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 slices of Ham (thin)
- 4 oz. Laughing Cow Bleu Cheese or Swiss
- 1 TBSP Butter, melted
- 1 large Egg
- 3/4 Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Pound Chicken Breasts to about 1/2 inch thick, then place ham on breast with 1/2 of the bleu or swiss cheese. Roll up the breasts and secure with a toothpick.
Dip each breast into a mixture of the melted butter and beaten egg.
Roll in parmesan cheese and place in buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until browned and tender.
