Ingredients
- 2 med apples, unpeeled chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. walnuts, broken
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine apples, celery, walnuts and raisins. In small bowl whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, honey and lemon juice together. Combine with salad. Chill and serve on a bib of lettuce.
