Ingredients
- 1 room temp extra lg egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 8 to 10 anchovy fillets
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Process the first 7 ingredients. Then process again but slowly pouring olive oil in a drizzle into the food processor. Add parmesan cheese at the end.
