Barb's Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 spoons full flax seeds
- 6 chunks frozen pineapple
- 1/2-1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1-2 handfuls greens (kale, spinach, chard)
- 2 nickel size chunks of frozen red beets (for color)
- 1-2 t honey
- Ice, optional
- Ginger, optional
