Ingredients

  • 2 # Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 T Paprika
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 t Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 T Brown Sugar
  • 1 T Celery Salt
  • 1 T Mustard Powder
  • 1 T Sea Salt
  • 12oz Bottle Beer or Ginger Ale
  • Package of Slider Rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Wash Pork & Dry. Score Cuts About 1 Inch Apart, Both Sides.

Medium Bowl, Combine Mixture Except Beer/Ginger Ale.

Rub Mixture Into Cuts, Both Sides. Place on Rack in Roasting Pan, Pour Beer/Ginger
Ale in Bottom. Tent With Foil.

Place in 250F Oven, Cook 3 Hours, Turn Each Hour.

Un-Tent, Brown Until 195F Internal. Remove, Tent & Allow to Rest 30 Minutes.

Use Forks to Shred Pork, Add Juices From Pan for Moisture.

Serve on Toasted Slider Rolls with Broccoli Slaw.
