Curry Veggie Noodles

Ingredients

  • Half box of spaghetti
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1 cup of green pepper
  • 1 cup of onion
  • 1/4 cup of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of yellow curry
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
  • salt
  • Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Boil the spaghetti as mentioned on the box.

In a seperate pan, heat the oil.

Fry all vegetables. Add all spices after 1 minutes.

Stir and leave them on a medium fire for 5 minutes.

Add the spaghetti to the mix, than add the soya sauce and keep it for 2 minutes on a low fire.

Stir before serving and enjoy!
