Complete Protein Garbanzo Pancakes

Whole wheat flour and garbanzo beans make this a complete-protein breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cook on a greased or buttered griddle until golden brown on each side.
NOTE: Pancake tops may not bubble when ready to be flipped, but the edges should start to pucker.
