Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 7 ounces fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon light agave nectar
- 6 ounces almond milk
- 5 ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Add the ingredients in the order listed above to the cup of a blender. Blend on low speed until large pieces are broken up. Finish on high speed until well blended.
