- Oil
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Cumin
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Rub each fillet with oil, then 1 teaspoon of each spice. Bake in oven at 400 degree preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
