Toast with Apricot-Fig Spread

This spread is so delicious, for adults and kids alike! I spread it on toast, pancakes, waffles and more. I've also canned this to give away to loved ones.

Ingredients
- 12 fried mission figs (ends snipped)
- 18 dried apricots
- 3/4 cup prune juice
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 slices cinnamon swirl bread

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place figs, appricots, prune juice, molasses and ground cinnamon in a large glass bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 7-9 mins, stirring several times. Remove, uncover and let cool for several minutes.
2. Puree fig and apricot mix.
3. Toast 6 slices for brean and smear 1/3 cup of spread on top.
