Ingredients
- 2 cups rice (cooked)
- 2 boxes of raisins
- 1 quart and a cup of milk
- 3 eggs separated
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup of sugar (scant)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk to boiling point. Then put in cooked rice and raisins.
Let cook with slow boil for 10 minutes. Then add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla and egg yolks.
Cook about 5 minutes, then fold in white.
