Ingredients
- 5 c corn flakes
- 3/4 c margarine
- 1-1/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c mashed bananas
- 2-1/2 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 3/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla and bananas. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture; mix well. Roll dough into walnut sized balls and roll in crushed corn flakes and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
