Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 16 oz. Can Pinto Beans, drained & rinsed
- 16 oz. Can Black Beans, drained & rinsed
- 15 oz. Can White shoe Peg Corn, drained
- 1 Cup Chopped Green, Red & Green Pepper
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion (optional)
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1/2 Cup Olive OIl
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Stir and heat Dressing to dissolve sugar & cool.
Mix together the top 6 ingredients.
Pour dressing over bean mixture and marinate several hours. You can drain and serve with scoops or just eat as is. Lasts for several days.
